Shipping Policy

Orchid Atelier ships research peptides to verified U.S. customers only. Every order is processed, packed, and dispatched from our domestic fulfillment partner. We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day. All other orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do not process or ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an automated dispatch email with tracking once the label is generated.

Carriers and delivery times

Standard fulfillment is USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days in transit, domestic). UPS Ground may be substituted at our discretion for larger orders or destinations where USPS service is degraded. Total door-to-door window: typically 2-5 business days from order placement. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Orchid Atelier.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping — $19.95 flat rate on all US orders. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Insurance and signature

All shipments are insured for their declared value at no additional cost. Orders $200 or greater ship with signature required on delivery. The customer named on the order (or an adult at the shipping address) is responsible for being available to sign. Refused or unsigned packages returned to sender are subject to a restocking and reshipment fee.

Temperature and handling

All peptides ship in their lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard ground transit and do not require dry-ice or cold-chain shipping. Upon receipt, store unreconstituted vials at 36-46 F (refrigerated) or below per the product storage guidance. Reconstituted material must be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified for that compound.

Address accuracy

The shipping address you provide at checkout is the address we ship to. Please verify it carefully. We do not modify, correct, or redirect addresses after a label has been generated. Reshipments necessitated by a customer-provided incorrect address are billed at the original shipping rate plus a $10 handling fee.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your package arrives visibly damaged, contact hello@orchidatelierco.com within 48 hours of the carrier last scan or delivery event. Include your order number and (for damage) clear photos of the outer packaging and product. We will open a carrier claim and either reship or refund at our discretion.

Restricted destinations

We do not ship outside the 50 United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
